Designed the antennas for all of SimpliSafe’s wireless Sensor, Base Station and Keypad products. Collaborating with the industrial and mechanical team, developed innovative solutions to meet strict cost and performance requirements.

• Championed introduction of portable/vehicular radio data communications systems responsible for managing over 5 billion dollars worth of inventory.
• Developed computer aided paging system for the automatic communication of manufacturing control system status to service personnel.
• Conducted research on international network for field service personnel based upon geosynchronous satellites linked to portable radio terminals.
• Designed voice synthesis system for use as a process control annunciator.
• Designed RDDU (Rapid Deployment Diagnostic Unit) which utilized self-powered telemetric sensors enabling expedient correction of manufacturing problems.

Provided internal consulting services to engineering, manufacturing, and research divisions. Developed promotional mechanisms to disseminate diagnostic technology to the internal technical community. Championed comprehensive Predictive Maintenance Program to significantly reduce $527 million annual maintenance budget. Consultant to purchasing division on specialized instrumentation. Specialized in applying spectrum and waveform processing technologies for the analysis of electro-mechanical dynamics.
Accomplishments
• Developed methodology for determining the integrity of monolithic concrete structures involving the spectrum analysis of shock induced excitation.
• Designed computer-based test facility for high horsepower gear reduction drives under dynamic simulation of load.
• Developed methodology to allow non-technical personnel to rapidly optimize sophisticated servo-control systems using spectrum analysis equipment.
• Developed system to measure force distribution between opposed curved surfaces based upon polyvinylidene fluoride (PVF2) sensors.
• Co-developed 3D high speed imaging system for motion analysis which contributed to the establishment of the new Electronic Imaging Division.
